Step 1 — How it works

From a phone call to your website being online — about a week.

    We talk.

    A short call or email back-and-forth. We learn what your business does, who your customers are, and what you want the website to actually accomplish.

  2. B

    We pick a template that fits.

    A template is a pre-built website layout we customize for you — colors, photos, words, all changed to match your business. Same idea as buying a really nice empty store and stocking it with your own products.

  3. C

    We build it.

    3 to 5 pages — usually a homepage, an about page, what-you-sell page, and a contact page. We write the words, drop in your photos, and put it together.

  4. D

    You review it.

    We send you a private link. You look it over, tell us what's wrong or what's missing, and we fix it. One round of changes is included.

  5. E

    We put it online.

    We connect it to your domain name (the "yourbusiness.com" part), set up your Google listing if you don't already have one, and the site goes live. From the first call to live is usually about a week.

Step 2 — What we keep doing

After it's online, we keep it running.

A website isn't done when it goes live. It needs to be kept current, kept safe, and updated as your business changes. The monthly $75 covers all of that.

It stays online and safe.

We pay for the hosting (where the website lives), keep the security up to date, and make sure it doesn't go down.

Small changes are included.

Update your hours for the holidays. Add a new product. Swap a photo. Email or call us and we handle it — no nickel-and-diming.

Your Google listing gets attention too.

We keep your Google Business Profile (what shows up in Google searches and Maps) accurate and up to date so customers find you when they look.

A refresh every three months.

Every quarter we go through your site, suggest a few small improvements, and make them. Keeps the site from going stale.

I don't know anything about websites. Can I still do this? +
Yes. The whole point of this program is that you don't need to know any of it. We pick a template that fits your business, change the colors and photos to match your shop, write the words, and put it online. You review it and tell us what to fix. That's it.
Do I have to write the words? +
No. We send you a short list of questions about your business — what you sell, your hours, where you're located, anything you want customers to know. We turn those answers into the words on your website.
What if I want to change something later? +
Send us an email or give us a call. Small changes — a price, holiday hours, a new menu item — are included. Bigger changes are a small one-time charge so you know what to expect up front.
What happens if I don't like it? +
You get a draft to review before it goes live. We make changes until you do like it. If we still can't make it work, you don't pay the monthly fee — you only lose the $250 setup. We don't lock anyone in.
How is this different from your other website plans? +
The other plans (Launch, Growth, Partner) are custom-designed from scratch — built page by page for your specific business. Main Street uses a polished template and styles it to look like yours. The trade-off is speed and price: you get a real, working website in about a week, for less than a quarter of the price of a custom build.
Do I own the website? +
You own everything — the website, the words on it, the photos, your domain name. If you ever want to leave, we hand it all over clean. No hostage situations.
What if I already have a website? +
If it's working, keep it — and let us know what's not working. If it's broken, slow, or hasn't been touched in years, we can replace it. We'll tell you honestly which one fits your situation.
