Services · Social Media Management

Your social media, handled — so your feed stops going quiet for weeks at a time.

We plan, write, design, and post on your behalf. You get a consistent presence on the platforms your customers actually use, and we keep an eye on the inbox so nothing urgent slips by. Replies to customers stay with you, in your voice — that part's not ours to make up.

What is social media management?

Social media management is the end-to-end work of keeping a business's social accounts active, on-brand, and visible. That includes planning the content calendar, writing captions, designing graphics, posting on schedule, monitoring the inbox for anything that needs the owner's attention, and reporting on what's working. Done right, it's a steady drumbeat — not a burst of posts when you remember.

How it shows up

One brand. Three native surfaces.

We build posts to work the way each platform actually shows them — not by recycling one square across every feed. Same campaign, three different shapes, three different conversations.

The work

What's included

Content calendar

A monthly calendar built around your business — what you sell, what's seasonal, what your customers ask about — so posts connect to real calls and real buyers.

Monthly content calendar showing scheduled posts across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile with a client-approved status badge Full size

Posts and captions

8–18 posts a month across your chosen platforms, scaled to your tier. Captions written to sound like your business, not like every other AI-flavored feed.

Graphics and short-form video

Simple, on-brand visuals and short video edits. We use photos from your business where we can, and fill gaps with lightweight custom graphics.

Scheduling and posting

Posts scheduled through Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or a similar tool. You approve the month in advance; we publish.

Inbox monitoring

We monitor comments and direct messages during business hours and route anything urgent to you the same day. Customer replies stay in your voice — we just make sure nothing important sits unread for a week.

Monthly report

Real numbers — reach, follower growth, engagement, top posts, DMs handled — paired with what we'd try next and why.

How it runs

Our process

  1. Step 01

    Audit

We review your current profiles, recent posts, audience, and competitors. You get a clear read on what's working and what's dragging the account down.

  2. Step 02

    Plan

We agree on platforms, voice, cadence, and the first month's content themes. Nothing posts without your sign-off on the approach.

  3. Step 03

    Create

We write, design, and schedule the month's content. You review it in one batch. One round of edits is always included.

  4. Step 04

    Publish + monitor

Posts go out on schedule. We monitor comments and messages and flag anything that needs you personally — replies to customers stay in your voice.

  5. Step 05

    Report + adjust

Monthly report, plus a short call if you want to talk through it. We adjust the plan for next month based on what the numbers say.

Good fit if...

  • Small businesses whose social accounts have gone quiet because nobody has time to post
  • Owners tired of scrambling for content and posting inconsistently
  • Local shops, service businesses, and trades that rely on word-of-mouth and want to stay top-of-mind
  • Businesses that want social to support their website and SEO, not live in a silo

Probably not a fit if...

  • ×Brands looking for 30-post-a-day, trend-chasing feeds (that's a different discipline)
  • ×Businesses that want to buy followers or game engagement — we don't do that work
  • ×Pure e-commerce operations that need a full-time in-house creator

Results

What you can expect.

Most accounts we manage move from sporadic posting to a steady monthly cadence within the first month. Reach and engagement typically climb 2–4× inside 90 days, and owners get their evenings back. The bigger win is less visible: when a potential customer checks your profile before calling, they see an active, credible business — not a ghost town.

Why local matters

The angle we work from.

For small-town and Main-Street businesses, social isn't about going viral — it's about staying visible to the neighbors, regulars, and next-towns-over customers who already know your name. We lean into that: posts that show the people, the work, and the day-to-day of a real business, not stock-photo polish that feels imported from somewhere else.

Frequently asked questions

Which platforms do you manage? +
Most clients are on Facebook and Instagram, often with Google Business Profile posts as a bonus because it doubles up with Local SEO. We'll add TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest when they make sense for your business — not just to check a box.
How much does it cost? +
Plans start as low as $99 a month, but every business has unique needs — so we learn about yours before talking price. After a short intake call, we scope a fixed-price plan that fits your platforms, cadence, and content goals. No hourly billing, no pressure.
Do you write the captions or do I? +
We write everything. You review and approve before it posts. If you want to keep writing some posts yourself, we mix your drafts in with ours — plenty of owners do this.
Do you reply to customers in our DMs and comments? +
No — and that's intentional. We monitor the inbox during business hours and flag anything urgent to you the same day, but customer-facing replies stay in your voice. You know your customers; we don't. Putting words in their conversation is how brands sound off. We'd rather make sure nothing important sits unanswered for a week than ghostwrite the relationship.
Where do the photos and videos come from? +
Best case, from you — a few minutes of phone photos each week. We make the most of what you send. For months where you don't have time, we fill in with stock-free graphics and short animated pieces we build in your brand.
Will you handle ads or boosted posts? +
Simple boosted posts, yes — usually $50–$300/month in spend, managed alongside the content. For larger paid campaigns (lead-gen, retargeting, Meta Ads Manager funnels) we scope that separately so it gets the attention it needs.
What if I want to stop? +
Month-to-month, no long-term contract. We hand back your accounts clean, with a summary of what was done and where to pick up. We'd rather keep clients because the work is working, not because they're locked in.

In short

Most small-business social accounts aren’t broken — they’re just abandoned. A flurry of posts when the account was new, then long stretches of silence as the day-to-day of running a business took over. Meanwhile, every customer who checks the profile before calling is reading that silence as “are they even open?”

We take that off your plate. A steady monthly rhythm of on-brand posts, real replies to real comments and messages, and a short, honest report at the end of every month showing what happened and what’s next. No viral chasing, no stock-flavored polish — just a credible, active presence that backs up the reputation you’ve already built.
